Merton House - Friday 12/10 Breakfast
Our Division did itself proud and lived up to our Order’s Motto of Friendship, Unity and True Christian Charity by serving breakfast at the Diocese of Bridgeport’s Thomas Merton House in June. The Brothers who helped out had a rewarding time on many levels. As you know, this going to be an ongoing quarterly commitment of the JFK Division. Activities Chairman Jim Murray reports that we are again booked to do our duty on Friday, December 10th. We are looking for a team of 7 Brothers to work this event. If you weren’t able to participate in June step up now . . . what better way to get into the REAL spirit of Christmas! Please contact Activities Chairmain Jim Murray activities@aohjfk.com
We will also be conducting drives prior to each quarterly visit to collect toiletries and other items. We’ll have details at the next meeting.
